Bhagyashree Saini, from Jhunjhunu district in Rajasthan, is a women and child rights activist working individually for the education and empowerment of drop-out girls across six districts of Rajasthan, covering three tribal areas.

She completed a Master's in Public Administration and holds certificates in International Women's Health and Human Rights from Stanford University, Child Protection and Child Rights from Harvard University, Gender and Sexuality Issues from the University of British Columbia, and NGO Management from IGNOU. A blogger, she writes for many platforms of national and international repute, including UNICEF, the International Youth Journal and Women's Web.
