Your Privacy & Data Rights
The Diplomatic Club works with senior diplomats and global partners, so we treat identity and personal data with particular care. We process it lawfully and give you clear rights to access, correct or delete it.
You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains what is deleted, what we may keep for legal reasons, and how to make a request — including from our mobile app.
You can request deletion of your account and data in either of these ways:
- In the mobile app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm
- By email: write to privacy@thediplomaticclub.org from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account and data"
We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on the request, to protect your account.
