Dhirendra Kumar Singh is a Nepali public relations and development specialist with over two decades of experience in government liaison, institutional coordination and public affairs. Born in Mahottari, Nepal, he completed his commerce education in India before returning to build a distinguished career in development coordination and nation building.

Mr. Singh has served in formal and advisory capacities across several Government of Nepal institutions, including as an Expert Group Member in Drinking Water and Sanitation Management under the Ministry of Water Supply, as Consultant to the Brihattar Janakpur Area Development Council, and as Coordinator for HIV Awareness Campaigns under the Ministry of Health Services. He has also served as President of Concept Nepal and as a Volunteer Freelancer with the Pashupati Area Development Trust, Kathmandu.

Following the 2015 Nepal earthquake, he led major post-disaster initiatives, including temporary housing construction, educational support programs in the Nuwakot region and drinking water projects sustained over six years. He has advised business and social organisations on international relief collaboration and has worked closely with national and international NGOs on donor engagement and grant facilitation.

Mr. Singh's expertise spans media management, campaign strategy and stakeholder relations, with notable contributions to public awareness initiatives in the Green Agriculture Technology sector.
