The Diplomatic Club (“TDC”) is committed to conducting its affairs with integrity, impartiality, transparency, and accountability. This Policy is intended to identify, prevent, disclose, and appropriately manage actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest that may compromise the independence, objectivity, reputation, or decision-making processes of The Diplomatic Club.
