Tejesh Kumar Kodali is a dynamic business leader and M&A strategist with a diversified portfolio spanning IT technology, infrastructure, alternative fuels, power, healthcare IT, and emerging markets. He holds an education from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Executive roles

He currently serves as Group Chairman of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (since September 2023), providing strategic leadership and vision across operations in India, the USA, Singapore, Europe, and the UK. He is also Co-Founder of IT Trailblazers LLC (since January 2021), a New York-based technology consulting, IT staffing, and digital transformation firm he helped build from the ground up.

Advisory work

Alongside his executive roles, Mr. Kodali serves as a Business Advisor to ConnectM Technology Solutions Inc. (since March 2018), guiding entrepreneurs, boards, and senior leadership teams toward sustainable growth, operational excellence, and market expansion. He previously served as a Business Advisor to Cloud9 Capital (2015–2021), a New Jersey-based professional organization specializing in corporate financial advisory and debt syndication.

As Honorary Vice Chairman of The Diplomatic Club since October 2025, he is deeply committed to contributing to the organization’s mission of connecting business leaders, trade organizations, and diplomats to advance international peace, prosperity, and positivity. He is also a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization New Jersey (EO NJ), part of a global network of business leaders spanning more than 40 countries.
