Intellectual Property Rights Policy

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all intellectual property rights associated with The Diplomatic Club (“TDC”), including but not limited to its name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, slogans, publications, research papers, reports, articles, presentations, event materials, photographs, videos, graphics, illustrations, databases, software, website content, digital assets, training materials, designs, methodologies, and other proprietary content, are and shall remain the exclusive property of The Diplomatic Club or its respective licensors and are protected under applicable national and international intellectual property laws.
