The name “The Diplomatic Club”, its logo, emblem, trademarks, service marks, slogans, visual identity, branding elements, domain names, and all associated goodwill are the exclusive intellectual property of The Diplomatic Club (“TDC”), whether registered or protected under applicable law.

Nothing contained on the Platform shall be interpreted as granting any licence or right to use the trademarks or branding of The Diplomatic Club except with its prior written authorization.
