The Diplomatic Club (“TDC”) shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, cancellation, or failure in the performance of its obligations where such failure results from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”).
Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to:
- natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, cyclones, fires, or other acts of nature
- pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, or quarantine restrictions
- war, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, political instability, or acts of violence
- governmental actions, legislative changes, sanctions, embargoes, travel restrictions, or regulatory interventions
- labour disputes, strikes, lockouts, or industrial actions
- cyberattacks, hacking incidents, internet disruptions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or failures of information technology systems
transportation disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or failures of third-party service providers; and
any other event beyond the reasonable control of The Diplomatic Club.
