To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Diplomatic Club (“TDC”), including its Founders, Board of Governors, Global Executive Council, Office Bearers, Chapters, Committees, Employees, Consultants, Volunteers, Representatives, Partners, Affiliates, and Authorized Representatives, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, special, or economic damages arising out of or relating to the access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform or any services offered by The Diplomatic Club.
