Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, every User, Member, Chapter, Office Bearer, Partner, Sponsor, Delegate, Volunteer, Consultant, Vendor, and any other person associated with The Diplomatic Club (“TDC”) agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Diplomatic Club, its Founders, Board of Governors, Global Executive Council, Chapters, Affiliates, Employees, Representatives, Advisors, Committees, and Authorized Officers from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, fines, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising directly or indirectly from their acts, omissions, conduct, negligence, or breach of these Policies.
